We are hiring full time salaried cold callers (SDRs) to book calls for our clients in the U.S.
You must be based in Latin America, South Africa, the Balkans or Ukraine.
Your role:
- 2-3 day training period
- Make 200-300 cold calls/day on our dialer
- First 1–2 weeks are a live-call trial period to ensure mutual fit
- Book appointments, follow-up with leads and fill out lead forms
- Work closely with your SDR Manager through call reviews and coaching
- Initial target: 10 qualified appointments/month (top performers exceed this after 60 days)
